Criteria for the Admission of freshmen students for Undergraduate Programs
  1. A graduate of any public or private secondary school recognized by the government or accelerated by the Department of Education with PEPT certificate (placement examination for over-aged students);
  2. Had satisfactorily passed the College Entrance Examination by the College Counselling and Psychological and Wellness Center with a stanine score of 4 or above except BSBA Program;
  3. Had submitted all the needed basic documents on time as specified:
    1. School Form 9 (SF9) or Transcript of Records FOR Transfer Students
    2. Good Moral Certificate from Previous School
    3. Medical and Dental Certificates
    4. Birth Certificate (PSA Authenticated)
    5. 3 copies 2×2 ID picture
    6. Marriage Contract (If married; PSA Authenticated)
    7. Long Yellow Expanding Envelope
    8. Honorable Dismissal (for Transferees/Professionals)
  4. Had satisfactorily passed the Physical Criteria for Health Related Program applicants;
    1. Applicant with hair streaks and vulgar hair color will not be accepted.
    2. Male student applicant is required to have a barber’s haircut.
    3. Strictly no piercing found in other parts of the body.
    4. No cross-eyed and harelip applicants.
    5. Applicants with physical deformities (e.g. polio, limping, lacking and excess fingers) will not be accepted.
Criteria for the Admission of Arts and Sciences, Business and Management Program
  1. Had satisfactorily passed the College Entrance Examination by the College Counselling and Psychological and Wellness Center with a stanine score of 4 or above
  2. Must have a GWA of at least 80% and above of at least 80%. In case the WPA is below 80%, the Program Chairperson may accept the student and place him/her on probation for two (2) consecutive semester.
  3. Had satisfactorily passed the interview conducted by the Program Chairperson.
  4. Had submitted all the needed basic required documents.
Criteria for the Admission of Nursing Program
  1. Had satisfactorily passed the College Entrance Examination by the College Counselling and Psychological and Wellness Center with a stanine score of 4 or above
  2. Must have a GWA of at least 80% and above of at least 80%. In case the WPA is below 80%, the Program Chairperson may accept the student and place him/her on probation for two (2) consecutive semester.
  3. Had satisfactorily passed the interview conducted by the Program Chairperson.
  4. Had submitted all the needed basic required documents.
Criteria for the Admission of Pharmacy and Medical Laboratory Science
  1. Had satisfactorily passed the College Entrance Examination by the College Counselling and Psychological and Wellness Center with a stanine score of 4 or above;
  2. Garnered a general average grade of 80% and above;
  3. Had attained the NCAE results with an average of 80% or above on Science, Mathematics, and comprehension ability;
  4. Had satisfactorily passed the interview conducted by the Program Chairperson;
  5. Had submitted all the needed basic required documents; and
  6. Had satisfactorily passed the physical requirement stated above.
Criteria and Requirements for enrolment of continuing students
  1. Student clearance;
  2. Duly signed print-out grades from previous semester with the computed WPA;
  3. Program of study (Yellow Card);
  4. Approval to enroll from the Dean;
  5. And other requirements deemed necessary; and
  6. Laboratory and Physical examination for the Nursing students (Hepatitis B Screening)
Criteria for Admission of International Students

Foreign student follows the admission procedure for enrollment. It is the responsibility of the foreign students to update and/ or submit all of the required documents as mandated by law and/ or related policies. Documents to be submitted may change from time to time depending on the requirements impose by law or College.

Basic Requirements:

  1. Scholastic records duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located in the student’s country of origin or legal residence.
  2. Certificate of Acceptance from School
  3. Visa and Passport (photocopy)
  4. Entrance Exam Result
  5. Medical and Dental Certificates from School Clinic
  6. Expanding Long Brown Envelope
  7. Birth Certificate
  8. 3 copies 2×2 ID picture
  9. Marriage Contract (if married)
  10. Permit to study
  11. Personal History with 2×2 ID picture

*Additional Requirements for Minors- below 18 years old (SSP)

  1. Affidavit of support (Guardianship)
  2. Letter of Request to the Bureau of Immigration
  3. Affidavit of Appointment of Guardian from parents
  4. Local Bank Certificate
  5. CRTS/ACR

* Additional Requirements for Adults above 18 years old (Student Visa)

  1. Proof of adequate financial support
  2. Police clearance form country of origin duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Post having consular jurisdiction for students who resided in the Philippines for less 59 days.
  3. Police clearance from country of origin and PNP/NBI clearance for students who resided in the Philippines for more than 59 days.
  4. Diploma (photocopy) for professionals
  5. Quarantine Medical Clearance Certificate by the National Quarantine Office
Criteria for the Admission of Transferees

A. A transferee who fails in 30% or more of the subjects in the Transcript of Record will be assessed accordingly.

B. A transferee must have a WPA of at least 80% in all subjects credited for the program.

C. Had satisfactorily passed the interview conducted by the Dean or a Representative.
